Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer Free Standard Delivery and Free Next Day Delivery shipping on Orders over £50.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING FEES
We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders are processed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days at our warehouse. Delivery times may vary, however, because some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Depending on your proximity to the shipping location, common carrier deliveries can take anywhere from one to ten business days. If your delivery date falls on a weekend or holiday, please allow an extra day for delivery. The following holidays are observed at our warehouses: Christmas, New Year's, and Bank Holidays are all times when people take time off from work. Additional holidays may be observed by couriers. All delivery timeframes and common carrier shipments are estimates only.
ADDRESS CHANGE AND REDELIVERY
If you need to modify your shipping address after your order has been finalised, courier's will charge you a reconsignment fee. If you request an address change, we will send you an email with the cost of the courier's fee. We will leave the address as it was entered during the checkout process if we do not get confirmation of the address change. Please keep in mind that if the courier is unable to deliver to the original address, redelivery fees may apply in addition to any reconsignment expenses.
If the courier fails to show up for the delivery appointment, it will be rescheduled. You will be responsible for any redelivery fees payable to the courier if you are unable to accept your delivery during the planned appointment. Additional fees will apply if you desire a time-specific delivery in which the standard 4-hour window must be shortened or if you are unable to accept delivery within a reasonable time frame following the courier's initial contact request.
DAMAGED/LOST ITEMS
We package our products extremely carefully. Occasionally, however, damage can occur in transit. If your order has been damaged or lost in transit, you MUST do the following:
- Ask the courier to wait whilst you inspect the contents.
- If products are faulty, tell the courier you wish to reject the package.
- Sign for it as “Damaged Package”.
- Take pictures of the damaged items and packaging.
- Contact us within 24 hours.
We never knowingly ship damaged goods. In the case of damage, our shipping charges include insurance where we deem necessary. By signing the delivery receipt, you are taking responsibility and ownership for the shipment in the condition noted. We CANNOT guarantee any compensation for damages if you did not note this in any way when signing for your delivery. By signing for your delivery without noting any damage means you have received your shipment in acceptable condition.
If your shipment is found, we will continue the delivery to your location. If it is deemed lost, we will work with you to provide a satisfactory resolution.

We offer worldwide shipping. Free Next Day Delivery shipping is not valid on international orders. For information about customs process:
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
